Dwayne Bryant Release Times
Unless otherwise noted, plays are released by 6 p.m. Eastern Monday through Friday, and Noon Eastern on Saturday and Sunday. Weekend football plays are usually, but not always, released at least a day before the games.

Plays are rated either 1 Unit (small), 2 Units (medium/regular), or 3 Units (Max-Limit Bet). I strongly recommend betting my plays according to the Unit ratings to maximize your profits. Example: 1 Unit = $100, 2 Units = $200, 3 Units = $300.
Dwayne Bryant Money Management
Money management is just as critical to long-term profit as picking winners. It's best if you have a bankroll set aside for sports betting. I don't recommend betting more than 5% of your bankroll on any one play.
