Detroit has looked unbeatable of late having won six straight games in the postseason that included a 4-0 sweep of the Avalanche. Detroit really demonstrated how strong an offensive team scoring 23 goals against Colorado in the Semi-Finals. The way they are going they could go over the total by themselves. We will not worry if they can cover this big number and just collect with the total.

As the saying goes, momentum is only as good as your next days starting pitcher and Boston has a huge edge in game four with Josh Beckett on the mound. His opponent has struggled all season and Justin Verlander has just one victory on the year and that came against the Texas Rangers. His career E.R.A. against Boston is 4.61 and he has lost his last two starts giving us 10 runs in just over 12 innings of starting pitching action. Beckett will dominate the Tigers as we collect big yet again.

We think the bookies have set this number too low. The public seems to be falling in love with the Hornets. This team has flash, an exciting star and they are everything the Spurs are not. And that would be the defending World Champs. San Antonio is one of the best home teams in the NBA and we expect their best performance tonight with their backs against the wall and expect them to win this game in a big way. This is the most crucial game of the series and if they lose they will be in a hole that they will not be able to get out of. Don’t get us wrong, New Orleans is a great team and they could very well win this series but the Spurs are the more well-rounded team and we think they get solid contributions across the board tonight. The favorite is 9-4 ATS in this series and we expect that positive trend to continue on Thursday.
