The Tampa Bucs GM Jason Licht was in attendance for the Rose Bowl. If the Bucs had any doubt about Marcus Mariota and were leaning toward Winston, who was 29-0 up till the Rose Bowl, now they have an even harder decision to make. One month ago, I would've agreed Winston would be a better fit for the Bucs. After watching Marcus Mariota move in the pocket and make crisp, accurate throws, I know the Bucs will lean toward taking Mariota with the #1 pick. Mariota is not only a product of Chip Kelly's high powered offense. The guy is gifted at 6-4, 219lbs (maybe could add some muscle), but he is the perfect, stereotypical Quarterback. Even better was when in 2014 he threw the ball 488 times, completing 280. The glaring stat is 40 touchdowns with only 3 interceptions. The Bucs will tailor their offense around Marcus. When Marcus Mariota officially throws his hat into the NFL draft, LOCK in the Tampa Bay Bucs taking him #1, under NFL prop bets.
