Sean Higgs is ready for the boys of Summer! These are my 'BEST BET' selections for each division.

AL EAST

Tampa Bay Rays OVER 78 -- Rays added a couple bats over the winter. The pitching is always the strength of this team. They won 80 games last year with a terrible offense. They didn't bring in big name, sexy bats. But they have enough to get us this over.

AL CENTRAL

Cleveland Indians OVER 84 -- I really like this team. I thought the staff last year was very good. It will only get better as they mature. To be honest, I think this is going to be a really tough division. Every team did something to improve as they chance the Champion Royals. That being said, Tribe could be in the wild card hunt this year. If the pitching excels, I am looking for a 90+ win season.

AL WEST

Anaheim Angels UNDER 82.5 -- Man. This team is wasting Mike Trout. Now they don't want to spend money? I don't think this is a .500 club right now.

NL EAST

Miami Marlins OVER 80.5-- Donnie Baseball takes over the reigns. Going from one extreme payroll to the exact opposite. I think this team is breaking out. They have the best power hitter in the game, and a SP who looks as dominate as any in baseball. The Mets and Nats do the big spending and talking, but this bunch of youngsters could surprise many.

NL CENTRAL

Cincinnati Reds UNDER 71 -- I nearly pulled the trigger here on St. Louis under. But it is tough to go against a club that consistently fields a perennial World Series contender. Flip to the Reds. Clearly in a rebuild. I know Votto is the golden child here, but would it really shock anyone to see him dealt? What about Bruce and Phillips? I doubt they make it past the All-Star break. At least the ballpark is still nice.

NL WEST

Los Angeles Dodgers UNDER 87 - Yeah, they have Kershaw. But honestly, I really don't like this team one bit. Especially when you see the improvements that the Giants made to their staff and Arizona made to theirs, robbing Greinke to weaken LAD. The offense looks like it should hit. AGone is a bit older. Puig? What is he bringing? Is Joc Pederson going to cut down on his Ks? Ethier? I did like the Kazmir signing. Maybe they make a huge deal somewhere this year. Rookie manager will have an interesting time to say the least.
