There's not much to handicap in terms of numbers here. But what stands above all is how fast Jordan Love can get acclimated & find some type of a groove. For me, that's a few too many ifs. Remember, when Love was intact, he still brings a failing 1-2 SU & ATS mark in home divisional contests. Plus, whatever concoction OC Wes Phillips is giving QB Sam Darnold to drink, I'll take a hit of that too! Sudden Sam has already thrown a league high 8 TD passes (an 8/2 TD/INT ratio, 68% completions) in just 3 weeks. My bottom line has to take HEAVILY into account a Purple People Eaters' "D" dialed up by DC guru Brian Flores. His aggressive-style, 3-4 defensive scheme has paid big dividends these first 3 weeks. His defense has recorded 16 sacks & climbing. I'm not sure if a fresh-off-the-bench Love can sustain even 1 solid hit. He'll be getting rid of the ball prematurely that'll aid our cause. The Vikes' have shown up BIG as road pups going a super-solid 7-1-2 versus the number. Totally dominating C.J. Stroud & Co. was NOT an easy task last week. This defense will be up against someone much less mobile & threatening here. Let's go to legendary Lambeau Field in Wisconsin to play the MINNESOTA VIKINGS (buying to + 4 1/2 @ -155) for 8 Stars.
