The Dayton Flyers have simply not been the same team away from their home court, where they have not won a game since the end of January. Their last two performances shows the reason why as the Flyers combined score in the two games is less than 100 points at the offensive end. The Flyers are also 11-5 after a win to the UNDER as well as playing under in five of their last seven as a dog. Xavier certainly has the pedigree of playing low at a neutral site with 10 of their last 11 neutral site games failing to get to the total. Dayton is 8-5 UNDER this season on the road, holding opponents to just 64.1 points per game. Over their last five games, opponents have managed just 61.6 per game. Yes, Xavier can score, but on the road they aren't that great offensively. In tournament games, Xavier is 9-2 UNDER the past two seasons. Go UNDER here.

Miss' conference games this year are 12-5 UNDER, averaging a total of just 118 points per game. They are 16-4 UNDER in their last 20 road games when facing a team that shoots 42% or worse from the field. They are also a perfect 7-0 UNDER after allowing 50 points or less. Take the UNDER here.
Yes, Lehigh is 14-2 at home while Lafayette is just 6-9 on the road. But, both of these teams are 4-1 in their last five games, and this spread is just too high. Against common opponents, these teams have nearly identical records this season (12-5 vs. 13-4). There's just not that much separation here and Lafayette is playing their best ball of the season. I like the dog here.

The Utah Jazz continues to soar as they are now 23-5 in their last 28 games. This is a team that is now playing like Denver and Golden State as they are on their game offensively. The Jazz are averaging just short of 118 points per game over their last six, and over their last 25 have reached the century mark 21 times. The Bucks will try to slow them down, but had no success in recent games vs. Indiana and Atlanta, teams that like to run despite shutting down other teams. The Jazz come in at 35-16-1 to the OVER in their last 52 as a dog as well as 9-1 to the OVER after allowing 100 or more in their last game. The Bucks are 7-9 to the OVER in their last seven vs. the NBA's Northwest. I'll go with the OVER here.

The Pittsburgh Penguins are poised to make their stretch run in defense of their Stanley Cup Title. They have come out of the Olympic break grabbing four of five games, with the only loss in OT. This New Jersey club came out of the gate this season looking like they would be heading to the NHL finals, but their level of play has dropped off dramatically. They have come out on the right side of just seven of their last 21 games - a significant loss of confidence. The Penguins have dropped off so bad that they are now 0-8 in their last eight games posted as a favorite of -110 to -150. This is a tough spot as the Penguins are playing well. I'll go with Pittsburgh here.

The Rangers have been snakebit losing their last four, with two coming in overtime. They have a good chance to get healthy vs. a Thrashers team that has seen their offense buried in a four-game slump. Atlanta has managed to score just 4 goals in their last four games or just 1 per game, so it’s needless to say that they are winless in the stretch. They have also coughed-up 24 goals in their last seven games, so they’re not getting it done on either end of the ice. The situation worsens for the Thrashers as this is their fourth game in six nights, where they have previously dropped their last five in that situation. The Rangers should have their way here, and get the call.

The Duke Blue Devils are a huge favorite in this one, and I don't think they will be going with starters deep into the second half with a likely three straight games in three days. It is has been tough to score on Duke with six of their last eight opponents not able to get out of the 50s. The Cavaliers really slow things down against the very good teams, leading them to seven straight UNDERs when posted as a dog of 13 or more. All indicators point to a short, low-scoring game, so I'm going with the UNDER in this one where Duke is also 28-11 in their last 39 in conference play.

The New Jersey Nets have become more competitive as their offense has improved steadily throughout the season. The Nets were scoring in the 80s or less in 11 of their first 17 games. They have reversed that by scoring 90+ in 11 of their last 17. The problem is that they are allowing over 100 points per game on average in their last 10. Oklahoma City is the most improved team over last year in the NBA. They continue to improve offensively at over 105 ppg in their last 11 on average. They have followed a straight-up win by going over the total in seven of their last eight, and should have no trouble adding to that 105 ppg average against the Nets here, while the Nets get enough to push this one OVER the total.
Nashville Predators vs. Anaheim Ducks (NHL) - 10:05 PM EST
Anaheim has stumbled out of the blocks after the break with three losses at home, but this team is too good to go very long without wrapping one up on home ice. The Predators, and their 3-8 mark in their last 11 on the road, will present a good opportunity here for the Ducks. The wheels fell off for the Predators their last time out allowing 8 goals, and in their last 171 on the road vs. a team with a winning home record, they are just 54-113-4. They have also not been able to bounce back off a big loss as they are 3-12 following a loss by 3 goals or more. Anaheim gets their house back in order with a win in this one.

Miami, Fla. put up more points vs. Wake Forest than in any ACC game they played this season, and it has put a little extra in the total posted here for this one. This is not a high-scoring team, and their 12 ACC games playing in the 50s and 60s offensively are a true indication of that. Hokies with 100+ in an overtime game, and an 88 late, are looking offensive, but that is not this team's calling either. Half their last eight opponents, without an overtime game, have not gotten out of the 50s, and six of their last eight as a favorite have failed to reach the total. I'll go with the UNDER here.

They have taken care of business vs. the under .500 teams on the road, having not lost since mid-January and taking their last five. While the Kings have played much better at home and stand above the .500 mark, it isn't because of what they are doing vs. winning teams. The Kings in their last 15 at home vs. a winning team are 4-11 straight up, so the 1 point here isn't going to get it done. The Blazers are the NBA's best as they are 37-17 ATS off no rest. The Kings are just 8-23 ATS in their last 31 as a dog of up to 4.5. I'll go with Portland here.

The Stars have really had trouble getting things going since the Olympic break as they own just a shootout win and four losses. The biggest problem is that they have allowed 5 goals per game on average in the five games since the break, and it won't be easy to find the win column like that. The Kings have been powerful against clubs with a losing record at 21-7 in their last 28, and have owned Dallas as they have won five of their last six trips here. I'll go with Los Angeles here.
