North Carolina- Give Butch Davis and the Tarheel Coaches credit for using their bye week to get their defense ready and shut down the Georgia Tech option offense.

Virginia- Had won their last 10 games at Wake Forest, played a terrible 1st half and lost.

North Carolina st- Have covered their last 4 in a row and 6 out their last 7 games as dogs of +7 or more.

Notre Dame- If Charlie Weis considers himself a genius, why do I feel like such a dope when I bet them ?

Texas Tech- They make offense look easy, just playing pitch and catch !

John Kelly of Leroys Sports Hour gave out an interesting tidbit on one of last weeks shows. He stated that before last Sundays games 51 different QB’s had either started or played in a game this season.

Texans- It seems their DB’s either get burned or get a pass interference call very often.

Saints-TE Schockey has made more headlines off the field than anything he’s done on the field.

Raiders- In this parity driven NFL, the Raiders offense is non competitive, and has gotten worse since head coach Lane Kiffin was fired.

KC Chiefs- With all the Chiefs injuries, I feel Herm Edwards made the right call going for 2 at the end of the Chargers/KC game. The Chiefs have covered 3 in a row.

NBC Sunday Night- John Madden seems to make excuses for Donovan McNabb’s poor play.

Ravens- Last 4 games have gone OVER

Giants-Have won and covered last 4 games.

Chargers- 0-3 ATS last 3 games

Raiders- 1-5 ATS last 6 games

Broncos- Win vs the Browns Thursday Night snapped an 0-6 ATS run.

Titans-8-1 ATS this season

Bills- 3-1 UNDER last 4 games

Falcons- 4-1 ATS last 5 games
