1. New England Patriots- It was a tight race for #1, but the Patriots just beat out the defending Super Bowl Champs. The Patriots seem to be geared up for some big things this year. They made some big moves in the offseason. They landed a lot of good players, most importantly getting Albert Haynesworth and Chad Johnson. Not to mention they still have Tom Brady and Bill Belichick running the show. Look for the Patriots to cruise to at least 13 or more wins this season.

2. Green Bay Packers- If you think the Green Bay Packers were stacked last year, than you should be even more excited about them this year. Last year they had to overcome a lot of injuries to key players. They will have those guys back this year. Look for the same high-powered shotgun spread attack led by Aarron Rodgers to dismantle opposing teams. The main thing the Packers will have to over come is the big target on their back, and the pressure that comes with trying to repeat for a championship.

3. Philadelphia Eagles- The self-proclaimed "Dream Team". The Eagles made a ton of big moves in the offseason, picking up a lot of the big name free agents. The most notable moves were adding Pro Bowlers Nnamdi Asimugha, Dominique Rodger-Cromartie, and Jason Babin to the defense. If this defense can play up to its potential then the sky is the limit for this team. Make no mistake the offense will put up a lot of points every game. The Eagles have the fastest offense in the league by far. They will cause match-up problems against every team they play. They have elite speed at every position. Mccoy at RB, Jeremy Maclin and Desean Jackson at WR, and not to mention Michael Vick at QB. Defensive coordinators will have to pick their poison.

4. New Orleans Saints- In at #4, The New Orleans Saints, behind the high-powered offense led by Drew Brees. This is a team that will be coming into the season hungry and ready to compete for a championship. In the offseason while football facilities were shut down no team worked harder or prepared better then the Saints. Drew Brees led practices and paid for nice facilities with his own money. That will give this team a big edge coming into the season, and they should get out to a hot start.

5. Atlanta Falcons- This is a team who seems to be ready to get over the hump. Last year they finished with the best record in the NFC, and were rewarded home field advantage through the playoffs. Unfortunately, they were knocked off in their first game. Look for Atlanta led by Matt Ryan, Micheal Turner, and Roddy White to pick up where they left off. This is a team that should have no problems winning 10 games and return to the playoffs.

6. New York Jets- Is this the year for the Jets to make it to the Super Bowl? Rex Ryan sure thinks so. This is a team that is stacked from top to bottom, and now with the addition of Burress they looked primed to make a Super Bowl run. They have one big issue, and that is the Patriots. If Rex Ryan can find a way to get past his conference rival then the Jets might have a good shot at a Championship.

7. Pittsburgh Steelers- The Steelers are always a team to look out for. You know they will always have one of the leagues best defenses. Defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau is amongst the best of all time. The steelers will have a fast and attacking defense that will cause a lot of turnovers. The offense lead by Big Ben will also be very good this year. The steelers have a good mix of run and pass and will be able to put up points. Look for the Steelers to make the Play-Offs.

8. Baltimore Ravens- The Ravens seem to have everything in place this year. The offense this year behind Joe Flacco and Ray Rice are ready to show the Ravens defense that they can be depended on. The Ravens defense lead by Ray Lewis and Ed Reed will be very strong again this year. Look For the Ravens to duke it out with the Steelers for the division and atleast get into the playoffs as a wild card.

9. Indainapolis Colts- The Colts are a tricky team to predict right now. The whole team depends on Peyton Manning. If he plays look for the Colts to get to there 10 win mark, and make the play offs. If he doesn't play then the Colts realistically may go 3-13.

10. San Diego Chargers- The Chargers are primed for a big year this year. Hopefully, they can avoid the slow start that they always tend to have. If this team can start fast and be consistent they should cruise to the play offs. Look for Phillip Rivers to have another career year passing.
