When looking at the college football schedule before the season, Saturday’s
Oregon State-Wisconsin matchup looked like one of the better games of Week 2.
Now? It might be a major mismatch after what happened in Week 1. The No. 8 Badgers are 21-point home favorites on Bodog’s NCAA football odds with live betting available. The Beavers were one of two FBS teams (Duke the other) to lose to an FCS team last week as Oregon State fell at home to a school I never knew existed: Sacramento State. And this was no fluke as the Hornets took a 21-6 lead into the fourth quarter before Oregon State tied it. The Beavers took the lead in overtime but the Hornets then scored and decided to go for two and made it. They had been 0-10 vs. FBS schools in their history. One bright spot for OSU was running back Malcolm Agnew,
who rushed for 223 yards and three TDs on 33 carries. The Beavers played without star WR/KR James Rodgers (knee surgery) and he won’t play in this one, either. The Badgers were very impressive in Week 1, thumping UNLV 51-17. In his first
Wisconsin start, QB Russell Wilson was stellar. The NC State
transfer went 10-13 for 255 and two TDs in the air and another 62 yards and a TD
on the ground. Wisconsin running back Montee Ball had four
touchdowns. Wisconsin is 21-0 in non-conference games under coach Bret
Bielema. This is only the second meeting between the schools, with the first way back
in 1961. Since October 2009, the Badgers have won 10 straight home games while
averaging 51.5 points per game. Get the best NCAA odds and props all season at the Web’s gaming
