I know this is a NFL blog, but it would be wrong not to mention the Oregon st upset special over USC last night. It's one thing for a team to lose, it happens in sports, but to lose the way USC did losing the line of scrimmage battle , getting out rushed by over +100 yds. This is what makes NCAAF great, less than 2 weeks ago USC beat up Ohio st like a little brother, and now last night the same team goes up to Corvallis Oregon and gets dominated by a team who had lost @ Stanford and was humiliated @ Penn st losing 14-45.

Now to NFL Notes

Favorites covered 10 games this weekend, while the underdogs got the money in 6 games. Double digit dogs were 3-0. Three dogs out of the 6 underdogs won their game s/u.

Over and Unders also went 10-6 with the Overs being the 10. In games with a total of 37.5 or less the Overs went 5-1.

Texans-Qb Matt Schaub is not playing with the same confidence as last season. It doesn't help that the OL is having problems blocking and WR Andre Johnson had 3 drops in the first half.

Titans- Right now the Titans are playing the best football in the AFC. The Titans didn't even want QB Vince Young on the sidelines Sunday and put him up in the press box.

Raiders/Cardinals-Both west coast teams playing early games on the East Coast were 1-1 ATS. Cards started slow, while the Raiders started fast.

Cardinals-Stayed this week in Virginia to practice and will take the bus up to the Meadowlands this weekend for the Jet game.(check weather )

Bears-QB Kyle Orten hadn't thrown a int this season, but the Bucs got 2 on Sunday.

Tampa Bay- What's up with back up QB Greise throwing 60+ times in game.

Rams-QB Trent Green will replace QB Bulger. He can't play any worse than Bulger?

Bengals-By watching Head Coach Marvin Lewis demeanor, frustration, and facial expressions, you can tell he needs a win real fast to keep his job.

Steelers-Offensive Line was dominated by the Eagles defense. QB Big Ben took a beating.

Saints-Defense is terrible, cluster injuries on offense.

That's it for now, will update Blog on game days. If you guys have any questions, comments give me an email champ523@msn.com
