Hoke took over the Wolverines in the offseason, and it's been so far, so good for the head coach as his team is off to a 3-0 start.

Michigan's latest win came over the weekend when they cruised past Eastern Michigan 31-3 at home. That, however, was not enough to make the Wolverines a good betting choice on the day, as they were set as big 30.5-point favorites on the odds board.

Wolverines quarterback Denard Robinson went just 7-of-18 for 95 yards passing in that victory over Eastern Michigan, with two touchdown strikes and one interception. Robinson, though, did some major damage on the ground against the Eagles, rushing for 198 yards on 26 carries and finding the end zone once.

Fitzgerald Toussaint also rushed for a score for Michigan in the win, while Vincent Smith ran for 118 yards on his nine carries in the contest. Kevin Koger and Drew Dileo had the TD catches for the Wolverines.

Hoke coached San Diego State from 2009-2010, leading them to a win over Navy in last year's Poinsettia Bowl. On Saturday afternoon, though, he'll be trying to hand them their first loss of the season as they also enter the matchup with a 3-0 mark.

The Aztecs beat Cal Poly and Army in their first two games of the year, then knocked off Washington State 42-24 over the weekend as a 4-point favorite on the college football bet lines at the Bodog Sportsbook.

Aztecs QB Ryan Lindley threw for 273 yards and two touchdowns in that win, but RB Ronnie Hillman was the star of the contest with 179 yards on the ground and four scores; he'll be looking to run over Hoke's defense when they do battle on Saturday.
