After scoring a combined 100 points in their past two games, Bryant
Moniz and the Hawaii Warriors will be looking to keep the momentum
rolling as they visit San Jose State in Week 7 college
football betting action on Friday night. Moniz, the senior quarterback who racked up more than 5,000 passing yards and threw 39 touchdown passes last season, is off to another high-flying start with the Warriors who rank No. 8 in the nation in passing yards per game and No. 25 in points scored. Moniz has completed almost 65 percent of his passing attempts this season while throwing 15 touchdowns and just one interception. The Warriors (3-2 SU, 3-2 ATS) are coming off a 44-26 victory over Louisiana
Tech on October 1 in which Moniz threw for 410 yards and four touchdowns, WR
Royce Pollard caught ten passes for 216 yards and three majors,
and RB Joey Iosefa rushed for 99 yards on 16 carries. A week
earlier Hawaii blasted UC Davis 56-14 after losing consecutive games to UNLV and
Washington. San Jose State (2-4 SU, 4-2 ATS) opened this season with losses to Stanford,
UCLA, and Nevada, before rebounding to defeat New Mexico State and Colorado
State. The Spartans dropped a 29-16 decision to Brigham Young last week in a
game that was closer than the final score would indicate. Quarterback
Matt Faulkner was good on 25-of-35 passing attempts for 255
yards but threw a pair of costly interceptions in the loss. The Warriors have beaten the Spartans (and covered as favorites) in their
past two matchups, including a 41-7 romp last year as 30-point favorites at
home. Get all your college
