The bad news? The woeful Indiana Hoosiers have to face the nation’s No.
4-ranked team this weekend in Week 7 college
football betting action. The good news? It doesn’t appear that any more
players have quit the team since last week. The Hoosiers have watched six players simply walk away from the program in the past couple of weeks – including running backs Nick Turner and Antonio Banks – and have posted a dismal record of 1-5 SU (3-3 ATS) as they head to Wisconsin to take on the powerful Badgers on Saturday. Only a 38-21 victory over South Carolina State back on September 17 stands
between Indiana and a winless record, as the Hoosiers had lost to Ball State,
Virginia, North Texas, and Penn State before getting routed by the
nationally-ranked Fighting Illini of Illinois 41-20 last week in the immediate
wake of their latest player defections. Wisconsin, currently listed as a massive 40-point favorite to hammer the
Hoosiers, is a perfect 5-0 SU (4-0-1 ATS) after posting lopsided wins over UNLV,
Oregon State, Northern Illinois, and South Dakota, before blasting then-ranked
No. 8 Nebraska 48-17 in their most recent game. Badgers QB Russell
Wilson threw for 255 yards and two touchdowns while RB Montee
Bell ran for 151 yards and four majors as the Badgers buried the
previously unbeaten Huskers. Wisconsin has won every game by at least 30 points this season, and ranks
third in the nation in both average points scored (48.4 per game) and fewest
points allowed (10.2 per game). The Badgers destroyed the Hoosiers 83-20 last
year at Camp Randall Stadium. Get all your college
