A pair of 6-6 teams will hit the field at Houston's Reliant Stadium on
Saturday afternoon as Texas A&M takes on Northwestern in the Meineke Car
Care Bowl of Texas.

Four of Texas A&M's losses came against ranked
teams this season – Oklahoma State, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Kansas State – and
they're listed as 10-point favorites on the college football betting lines for Saturday at Bovada's online
sportsbook.
The Aggies' top win this season came against Baylor back on
October 15 when they won 55-28 at home, and their most lopsided decision was the
61-7 pounding they put on Kansas on November 19 at home.
Texas A&M,
though, is coming off a 27-25 home loss to Texas in which they gave up a field
goal with just three seconds left on the clock.
Aggies quarterback
Ryan Tannehill went 20 of 49 for 224 yards passing for his team
in that defeat, throwing two touchdown passes and getting intercepted three
times. On the season Tannehill had 28 TD strikes and 14
interceptions.
Jeff Fuller had seven catches for 107
yards and a touchdown for the Aggies that day.
Texas A&M was a poor
option for bettors this season, going just 3-9 against the spread (7-5 on the
OVER/UNDER). Northwestern paid off a little better for their supporters at 5-7
ATS (6-6 OU) on the season.
The Wildcats had a four-game winning streak
snapped in their last regular-season game, a 31-17 home loss to Michigan State.
Dan Persa went 23 of 32 for 245 yards passing with two
touchdowns for Northwestern in that defeat, throwing for 17 TDs and seven
interceptions on the season.
