Like the ACC, the SEC has a couple of great teams in Florida and Kentucky, but
neither has stood out when it comes to NCAA
basketball betting odds. Can they deliver during Conference Championship
Week? This is your SEC Tournament preview. No. 12 Florida (24-6, 12-13-1 ATS) has won eight of its last nine games. The only loss came in a battle with Kentucky and, most importantly, the Gators are showing signs of life against the spread. They went 3-0-1 ATS in their last four outings of the regular season. Kentucky (22-8, 11-13-1 ATS), ranked 15th in the country, has won
five of its last six games, including three straight. Unlike Florida, though,
the Wildcats have been a terrible bet for hoops fans. Kentucky is just 3-6-1 ATS
in its last 10 games against the spread. Vanderbilt (21-9, 15-10-1 ATS), on the other hand, has been the best team in
the SEC against the spread. The Commodores are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 regular
season games, though that won't be much help if they get bounced from the
tourney early. Vandy lost three of its last four games, including losses to
Florida and Kentucky. Alabama (20-10, 14-12 ATS) rebounded from a two-game skid to win and cover
its final game of the regular season. This is a very tough team to read, as it
is very streaky; Crimson Tide's streaks against the spread this year included a
three-game loser, seven-game winner, four-game winner, and four-game loser. The rest of the SEC Tournament contenders are lumped pretty closely together,
including Georgia (20-10, 12-14 ATS), Tennessee (18-13, 13-17 ATS), Mississippi
State (17-13, 9-15-2 ATS), Ole Miss (19-12, 14-13 ATS), and Arkansas (18-12,
8-15 ATS). Get all your college
