UConn (30-9, 21-12 ATS) has turned on the jets since the regular season ended. The Huskies have ripped off nine consecutive victories. They’ve been incredibly impressive against the spread, going 8-1 in that span. The only game Connecticut failed to cover was its most recent, a 65-63 win over Arizona in the Sweet 16.

The Huskies have faced some tough competition en route to the Final Four, as they’ve taken on pretty high seeds through most of the tourney. Arizona checked into March Madness as a No. 5 seed, and UConn needed every ounce of energy to advance. Connecticut had already been through a 74-67 battle with No. 2 San Diego State. The Huskies had a bit of an easier time with No. 6 Cincinnati, who they beat 69-58 in their second game of the tourney. UConn started the tournament with an 81-52 romp over No. 14 Bucknell.

Without question, junior guard Kemba Walker has been the team’s superstar. Walker is gunning not only for a title, but for MVP honors. He’s averaging 26.7 points and 6.7 rebounds through four tournament games so far, including a couple of virtuoso performances. Walker absolutely murdered San Diego State, hitting 12 of his 25 field goal attempts en route to a 36-point explosion. The star has 11 games with 30-plus points this season, and he’ll be a threat to do it again in the Final Four.
