Golden Panthers face the Marshall Thundering Herd of Conference USA in college football betting action on Tuesday night with the Beef

Florida
International (8-4 SU, 6-6 ATS) is the first Sun Belt team to play in this bowl
game, which was formerly known as the St. Petersburg Bowl and usually features a
team from the Big East - which did not have enough bowl-eligible teams qualify
this season.
The Golden Panthers featured the 16th-best defense in FBS
rankings this past season, allowing just 19.4 points against per game, and
finished with three straight victories in college football betting results against Florida-Atlantic,
Louisiana-Monroe, and Middle Tennessee.
Florida International is listed
as 4-point favorites to earn the victory over Marshall (6-6 SU, 7-5 ATS), which
gave up 30.2 points per game to rank 84th overall in the nation. The Thundering
Herd edged Memphis 23-22 back on November 17 before concluding its regular
season with a 34-27 overtime victory at home against East Carolina.

offense the Golden Panthers also performed better than the Thundering Herd,

managed to put just 22 points per game on the board to rank 98th
overall.
Both teams favored the UNDER this season, with Florida
International finishing at 3-8-1 O/U and Marshall winding up at 5-7 on the
totals. The UNDER went 6-1-1 in the past eight games involving the Golden
Panthers, and 8-3 in the past 11 games in which Marshall was the
underdog.
