Detroit Lions vs. Cincinnati Bengals (NFL) - 1:00 PM EST Premium Pick
Pick: Point Spread: 3.5/-113 Cincinnati Bengals Pick Title: 9 Star Mass Deception Play (WIN)
So the mushes have already decided that Cincinnati has left for the golf courses? Don't bet on it! HC Marvin Lewis may be gone at the end of the season but don't think his players won't send him off in a fight to the finish. Despite the Lions having to play hard to possibly slip in @ 10-6 (with a win today & versus Green bay next week) which could still earn a wild card birth, the oddsmakers TRIED to drop the line (as usual) to distribute equal action. So what's the move? The move is to play this game where WE had the line from the start. This gives us an ample supply of winning scenarios compared to giving the oddsmakers the upper hand. There's still many question surrounding the effectiveness of Detroit QB Matthew Stafford. Yes, Cincinnati is 0-3 SU versus the NFC North. However, they took Green Bay to OT (with Rodgers) before losing 27-24. Out of 14 games played, the Bengals have lost by MORE than 7 in 5 of them. History has our backs as the Lions have only beaten Cincinnati 1 time SU in 9 tries the past 34 years! My bottom line says even though Marvin Lewis is a lame duck HC, his teams still excel as a home underdog in December going 7-1 ATS. Count on this game being their Super Bowl as we go to Paul Brown Stadium to play the CINCINNATI BENGALS (buying to + 7 1/2-our line) as my 9 Star Mass Deception Play!
Miami Dolphins vs. Kansas City Chiefs (NFL) - 1:00 PM EST Premium Pick
Pick: Point Spread: -10.0/-117 Kansas City Chiefs Pick Title: 9 Star Public Missed Perception Play (WIN)
The mushes strongly believe that the team that just beat the New England Patriots OUTRIGHT can easily handle the Chiefs who have dropped 6 of their last 9. Again, don't bet on it! The AFC West is Kansas City's division to win or lose. Throw the trends right out the window because most of them happened while HC Andy Reid was in Philadelphia. My bottom line says you never know what QB you're getting when Jay Cutler or Matt Moore take the field. We do not what to expect from Chiefs' QB Alex Smith who has an excellent TD/INT ratio @ 23/5, has thrown for 3,507 yards good for a 104.4 QBR. This game clearly doesn't look good for the offensively-inept Fish who've been outscored by an average of 22.5 PPG their last 4 roadies. With Miami focused on their hated rival Buffalo in warm Florida on deck, let's go to noisy Arrowhead Stadium to play the KANSAS CITY CHIEFS (buying to - 6 1/2) as my 9 Star Public Missed Perception Play!
Jacksonville Jaguars vs. San Francisco 49ers (NFL) - 4:05 PM EST Premium Pick
Pick: Point Spread: 4.0/-110 San Francisco 49ers Pick Title: 9 Star Ugly Pig Play Of The Week (WIN)
Nobody wants the (4-10) 49ers here since they take on the #1 team in the NFL in rushing offense, passing defense & sacking the QB. I HIGHLY question the motivation here immediately AFTER the (10-4) Jaguars clinched their 1st playoff birth since 2007 (under then HC Jack Del Rio) & have won their last 4 out of 5 SU. But the facts are that San Francisco has ALSO won 4 out of their last 5 & come in with a brand new QB in Jimmy Garoppolo who still has NOT lost a game SU as a starter in his career (NE & SF). I believe Garoppolo can get enough support from his run game featuring RB Carlos Hyde (771 rushing yards, 5 TD's, 307 receiving yards) who made his presence felt last week rushing for 5.6 YPC. My bottom line says the 49ers "D" has been playing great defense the past 6 times out only yielding 19.6 PPG. Despite Blake Bortles playing much better of late, the Jaguars still lost just a month ago when traveling to a weak NFC West site like @ Arizona (27-24). This game is more about the number down & OUR line says a TD+. Let's go to Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara to play the SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS (buying to + 7 1/2) as my 9 Star Ugly Pig Play Of The Week!
NOTES: What a week! The Chiefs with the Walrus (Andy Reid) comes through in the clutch winning by 16. The Titans covered the + 7 1/2 for us as I predicted the Rams' kicking game would take a step back without the Z-Man! Finally, the 49ers with Jimmy Garoppolo (6-0 career & 4-0 with SF) worked like a charm as a spark they searched hard for. I promised a year like the Hilton NFL World Handicapping Championship Season & it's being delivered. I'll be back with NFL playoff scenarios later in the week. Be sure to ride my "Smiling Cobra" Bowl Selections as we continue the assault on the NCAA.
My 2017-18 NFL Overall Seasonal Record is: 51-33-----for 61%!!!!!
